Cumin, 1t
Olive oil, 7T
Vinegar, 2T
Red and green peppers, diced, 4
Cucumber, diced
Red onion, diced
Salt
Pepper
Blend tomatoes, garlic, cumin, oil, and vinegar.
Add peppers, cucumber, and onion.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate.
Traditionally with soaked bread.
