Matzo meal, 2 c
Salt, 1 t
Sugar, 1 t
Water, 1 c
Oil, 1/2 c
Eggs, 4
Combine matzah meal, salt and sugar.
Bring oil and water to boil.
Add matzah meal mixture. Mix well.
Beat eggs into mixture by hand one at a time.
Let stand 15 minutes.
With oiled hands, shape into balls and place on greased paper.
Bake at 375 deg F for 50 minutes.
