Cucumber, peeled, cut into semi-circles
Yoghurt, 500ml
Garlic, crushed, 2-4 cloves
Mint, crushed, 1-2T
White pepper
Salt cucumber and drain in colander for an hour.
Combine yoghurt, garlic, and pepper.
Combine yoghurt mix and cucumber.
Top with mint before serving.
Omit mint and instead add olive oil (3T), vinegar (1T), and chopped dill (3T) into the mixture.
