Note: this is based on the Yehuda Matzos recipe but with changes.
Eggs, 3
Oil, 2T
Water (or soda water), 1/2C
Matzah meal, 1 C
Baking powder, 1/2t
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Nutmeg, pinch
Combine eggs, oil, and water
Add matzah meal, baking powder, salt, pepper, and nutmeg
Combine well
Add small walnut sized balls to boiling water
Simmer for 30 minutes
