Quantities below serve two; multiply for more.
Flour: 100g
Salt: 1 pinch
Sugar: 1/2t
Eggs: 1
Milk: 250ml
Butter (for frying)
Combine flour, salt, sugar.
Break egg(s) in a well in the middle.
Add milk and gently combine.
Ladle ~100ml of batter at a time into cast iron pan lightly sprayed with olive oil.
Add cinnamon to dry mixture.
Serve with cottage cheese mixed with brown sugar and vanilla essence.
